Peyton Manning Chooses the Denver Broncos

As usual my insights were spot on WRONG. I have said for a couple of weeks that I could not see Peyton Manning as a Denver Bronco. Manning proved me wrong, at age 63 what else is new:}

It appears John Elway is as good at recruiting as he was playing quarterback. The next issue, can Manning bring back to Denver what Elway did twice and Manning did once for the Colts, a Super Bowl Trophy

The next big question, what happens to Tim Tebow? Is Tebowing out the door and looking for a new home? Only time will give us the answer.

Apparently the Shoney's Restaurants offer of a free stack of hot cakes every day for the rest of Manning's was not enough to sway Peyton to pick the Tennessee Titans. Of course its Shoneys fault Manning went to Denver instead of Nashville. Their offer only stated the pancakes, no mention of a free side of bacon, ham and or sausage. No mention of coffee or juice, hows the man supposed wash those hot cakes down. Come on Shoneys next time you are going to get involved in trying to lure a franchise player to the Titans, you gotta pony up the full nine yards.
